We can only speculate the words used in one sentence. I’ve always been amused by ppl on these boards who upramp or downramp.... which is what I’m about to do lol
Yes, it’s of course possible but why reference the sale agreement. Wouldn’t it be simpler to say “announcement... with respect to the sale of the byro projects...”. Perhaps the next announcement is “...all key requirements of the formal sale agreement has been completed....”, which to me is an update on the existing sale agreement. followed by an immediate announcement of “....sale contract drawn up and due to be executed by ....”.
IMO the deal is not dead, but something has materially changed and a new agreement has been drawn up...
Now I know what it’s like for holders in other stocks when they have to sit through a halt to suspension on a material announcement
