Given that the market is punishing badly on the majority of the retail sectors, Ax1 will get a slight catalyst with the Christmas sales.
Ax1 relies heavily on regional immigrants and millennials which will boost AX1 sales.
If given the base case, consistent EBITDA and a slight dip in margins, should be able to help them sustain that cash flow too. Given the current interest rate environment, we won't be seeing massive growth in sales for the next 8 - 12 months. I am happy to grab more of the current price level or even more when it keeps dropping.
