I'd check 'HC' at say 1900 AEST in two weeks' time from today.
AX1 is a well run company but some millennials will be reducing expenditure on clothing and footwear, as at least 15 per cent of households nationwide are under mortgage stress. I believe the RBA cash rate will further rise in September 2023, and in turn, interest rates will quickly follow.
With every mainland state plus the Federal government being Labor, there's a fair chance of a wage-price breakout (led by unions such as the extremely militant CFMMEU with its stranglehold on larger multi-storey building sites) that will see inflation rise more. This will place further pressure on a higher percentage of households.
