Even if we could not get funding, which is very unlikely. WKT could still fund this project by issuing less than 100 million shares which would fully fund the project with no debt. The register would still be less than 500 million shares.There would be dilution but it is still a small register compared to most other projects.Either way this project will happen with or without the backing of financial institutions.
