@vooose - as to your point 4 above, you gave us the evidence re: funding, stating you have seen the term sheet. Granted, a term sheet funding does not make, however, its on the way.
With regards to your other points, thats just you letting off steam that some in the group such as @SparkyR and others have caught onto your plan to drive the stock price down. No need to respond like a little child who got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
