@Swimmer77 Fair - I should have written, posters think that mine construction will begin this year (real construction not that cleaning thing that's going on right now).

I agree wholeheartedly with your last paragraph, WKT can't lock in price without funding being approved. A price range is not a price, hence they cannot be binding agreements.

And this leads me back to my original posts on this forum for which I'm not going to expand, but my premise was: What was the point of announcing BOA's (which aren't binding) if a potential funding partner will do its DD and speak to potential sales partners about the demand for the product?

My original contention was that the BOA's were signed to juice the SP, the post from Oznt above only strengthens my argument.
