Hi Vooose Quote: You cannot sign a binding offtake agreement without an agreed price, thus, they cannot be binding offtake partners. However, they are future sales partners and I'm sure any potential partner will want to meet with them to gauge from themselves the actual demand.
The pricing mechanism are agreed to while the agreed price is a variable...The prevailing markets a month out from production are part and parcel of the agreement...This is fare and expected to gain upside
