I just watched you get starched multiple times on the GPX forum, relax with the none is listening. If that were true, you would not have responded.
The pricing mechanism are agreed to while the agreed price is a variable...The prevailing markets a month out from production are part and parcel of the agreement...This is fare and expected to gain upside
The mechanism your talking about is:
Consignment being loaded onto a shipping vessel in Tanzaniaand Wogen receiving the Shipping Documents, Wogen will immediately advance 80% of the....
Nobody cares about that and it's not what I'm talking about.
If a price could not be agreed a month out, the Binding Global Sales, Purchase and Marketing Agreement would be worth F/A.
Thus, the agreements are not binding.
