I don't recall anyone stating that WKT is in the driver's seat @vooose.
What WKT and it's holders can control is the amount of equity they will be willing to give up for the funding.
All in all it comes down to negotiations.
All WKT want is a fair deal. Why give it all away to financiers at the 11th hour when there are plenty of high wealth individuals that have been invested with this company for years that would be willing to tip in the funds on less onerous terms...
As for the commentary around the English language, I don't think any investor has decided to buy into WKT because of the excellent returns they are going to make from providing a well written statement.
Provided the numbers in the DFS are somewhat accurate, there is plenty of margin in there for holders.
