If your investing in the Graphite space (not trading in the Graphite space) you should already be well aware of the complexities of the Graphite Pricing and why its not on listed on the LME.

There are certainly other mechanisms the buyer and seller agree upon the pricing, to make those determinations in their BINDING agreements.

There is also shipping manifests and other reportable data out their in the internet universe if you search hard and smart enough. The important and most crucial fact is that the Buyer and the Seller have agreed on the price mechanisms that obviously they have already agreed upon to trigger the BINDING Offtake Agreements. I would say that is far more important for the 2 parties to resolve and action accordingly.

The company has most certainly met up with our Graphite buyers.
I am absolutely sure potential financers will also have met our Graphite buyers.

I certainly watch most of the Graphite Stocks and read their announcements and always looking for inconsistencies and other alternate information. I also do take extraordinary steps to keep myself reasonably well informed across the Graphite Space.
