Those are some questions that could be asked, but what is done is done now. They released those announcements; the appreciation in MC has opened doors to new investors and there is a funding deal in the works (as per previous announcements).
Are you arguing about whether the end justifies the means? Or are you just cranky because there's not a logical pattern to it? Is there an actual point you'll get to?
