@Shellbell you should consider the WKT forum like an outpost/embassy of the Peoples Republic of China.

• Only sanctioned opinions are accepted, the company is always right, the glorious leader is always right (funding is guaranteed and on its way, just a matter of time)
• Past grievances are whitewashed from history (23:1, Share dilution, funding missteps)
• Dissenters are brandished as traitors (attack the person or his motives)
• There are no outside opinions allowed on this forum (say no to free speech)
• Conspiracy minded (its always Patto's fault)

My only question to WKT holders is this:

• IF the company's current funding arrangement does fall apart, does the company have an obligation to disclose as such and not just move onto other options?
• I content that given the amount of info that has leaked into these forums from various sources, that the Company has an obligation to disclose that any current funding arrangement that does come to fruition, should be disclosed. No more "we are accessing our options, looking at deals" - they need to let people know if the current funding negotiation goes away.
