4.7 mill in bank and some options to convert worth about 6mill. Along with 30% equity of shares in the deal. So maybe we will only need 35mill? Whatever it is how is any loan not unsecure using your definition? Doesn't make sense. In your obvious experience in this field how do most junior miners get finance?
