Goose - they may look at management and say yeah, these guys are serious and they’ve already made a really proactive start on there mining project, built great relationships with the local governments and got some great term sheets/off takes arranged. I would suggest the time taken for the finance to drop is purely for the best possible deal otherwise let’s face it raising a small amount as required is easily achievable under non favourable rates and dilution. Just my opinion of coarse.
