Great time to provide some reading material on WKT for the NEW investors / shareholder / traders / brokers and analysts.
Debt Funding Package via an International Investment Bank in final throws of Due Diligence.
Unlike SYR, WKT will be far more profitable as even though both companies are in the Graphite space, SYR unfortunately can only produce graphite concentrates only suited for the Battery Market, that is burning major cash as the product they sell is not profitable and may not be profitable for quite a while.
WKT will be producing graphite concentrate for the Expandable Market, where the profits are way, WAY, higher and will certainly not be burning cash. WKT Graphite concentrate / product has enormous Free Cash Margins compared to SYR.
Even though SYR and WKT are in the Graphite space they can not be compared as each companies graphite product are for 2 separate markets, and they each have enormous differences in their Free Cash Margins today.
SYR has NO Free Cash Margins today and have been burning serios cash and will continue to do so for a while longer yet.
WKT has a very large stress tested, Free Cash Margins, as high as $1,000 USD per Ton and will not be burning cash like SYR. As Graphite prices improve in the years to come the Free Cash Margins will only increase ; )
