Hi @Panda7, I've noticed similar discrepancies between graphite hopefuls (on the 16% government interest).
My read on it is that depending on who each company is trying to get finance with will dictate the assurances that are in place. It seems that in this instance that Pareto has clarified the regulatory framework that currently exists, whereas for BKT, their hoop to jump through is formalising the Tanzanian government interest.
