Reading between the lines of that article, it implies that the Muslim population is growing and becoming a problem for Tanzania.. Been ten years since I was there and they were really only over on the coast at Zanziba which was always predominately arabic in nature .
For the US to talk of any type of ban means there is clearly a problem.
