I thought ones opinion was based on the knowledge one has gleaned.
My opinion based on my informed knowledge is you will be lucky to get funding....I would put it at 70/30 against.
Sovereign risk is going against WKT. Even the board made comment on it, although they claimed the views of financiers was unwarranted from memory...
That of course means nothing, because it is the funders view that counts. They have the money and according to Max, they haven't been biting at the loan note offers. So the bond conditions haven't even been set yet.
Now we have more sovereign risk issues in the news and the USA thinking about imposing bans on travellers from Tanzania...another strike.
The situation is getting worse for WKT.
