Steve's right. The govt nearly stole the jaws from defeat. The way the govt acted, overseas money lenders will be scratching there heads at GOT, and more than likely cut there opinion of tananzia and its investability.
Big win for barrick, and they are in the driving seat. If the new mining laws result in not much profit, I'm sure barrick will have no hesitation to put the gold mines on care and maintenance, and redo the agreement
