Funding process ongoing, negotiations ongoing, evaluations ongoing therefore I conclude there is nothing "imminent" and therefore claims of "just one more night" are simply designed to create maximum FOMO.
I would personally suggest stay calm and give it to the end of this quarter or the beginning of the next until someone might be willing to draw that line in the sand.
