I call it FOMO though, 13 March is over a month away. Funding committee meetings work to their own timetable before they even attempt to make an offer regarding interest rate and debt to equity ratio. So really I don’t understand your haste.
I will stick my neck out by suggesting that there will be no funding settlement before the next quarter!
