Others in this thread made the connection between achieving mine finance and BOA's. Im merely point out that this has no commercial basis in reality unless a price floor is agreed.
You have given a reason for entering a BOA, just not sure who it's for and the timing.
Its clear from your answer that no floor has been agreed, otherwise you would have supplied a positive reason to enter into binding pricing so far from production. It is clearly rediculous to do so.
Thus no price floor thus no contribution to finance conditions.
So we are back at square one, why enter into pre development BOA's?
it remains an open question.
