Just to circumvent some of the back and forth, I'm going back to your first post. This particular query was addressed some time ago in the shareholder engagement meetings. In their pursuit of finance, they found themselves in a chicken and egg situation where they need production to lock in the floor prices, but need finance to get to production. It was of more value to secure these BOA's to open more doors for lending, which has what has occurred. I think there is a tweet from Mike on the floor pricing and it's flexibility.

As WKT have announced (most recent announcement I think), these BOA's have led to financing discussions which are in the process of being finalised (one way or another). The BOA's have served their purpose in getting to advanced finance discussions at this stage; the opinion on whether or not there's a worthy floor price is somewhat moot.
