In my view, SP appreciation may be accountable for approx 6c of the gain so far. Go through all the announcements, check the timing, check the content.
I use the term oversubscribed because the purchasers want more Graphite than WKT's current planned supply. I'm sure there are plenty of other terms one could use.
Yes, but you forgot one thing. Nothing is free. At the worst, sell 20% below market price and this thing is still profitable.
