What are the parameters of this variable price? Give or take 10% around and agreed price? A price floor with a floating spread?
I've seen plenty of funding contracts with set parameters. If I've missed the salient details of these deals, please set me straight.
All of those situations with offtake partners are fine. And if each party deals in good faith, fine....only it's not what I'm arguing.
Its whether you can leverage a non-price BOA to achieve a funding contract. Never seen it before, happy to be proved wrong.
