You gotta wonder why some individuals put so much weight into a single broker opinion and their valuation of this stock, the latest broker data shows a number of instos trading in and out of a range of positions. One of interest in the broker data is Susquehanna, a quantitive trading firm traded in above the 20 day MA price, and out at 29c. DYOR on this one, Posts by OZNT, Croc et al, have highlighted the potential significant upside to LT holders when finance hits and construction starts and there's enough action in the swings for the traders too, I don't understand the down ramp.

tomorrow should be interesting, good chance it holds and pushes through 29c. Day traders might be hoping for some action signalled from the triple top, but I suspect most speculators have exited by now and SP would have to breakout of good support at 20 day SMA of 25c for any chance of the triple top target SP to be reached.
