A preaching atheist is no better than a preaching religious individual, they both believe they are right without fault.
I think you will find most holders here believe WKT will achieve funding because of the facts not blind faith. That however does not implicitly imply all here believe funding is a forgone conclusion, all are aware it is still an IF no matter how enthusiastic some may be.
