    two short notes:
    - spherical Graphite is not included in the technical report of the G play in question, (p 298, NI 43-101 from Dec, 2018
    "The results of the value-added graphite study are not included in this Technical Report"
    -MFC500 was not talking about OPEX, but the huge difference in CAPEX
