fas undrestimated the intelligence of gwr shareholders.
Looks like the FAS crap for scrip offer is doomed.
I would personally only accept cash of $4 per gwr share plus - and I'd still keep 80% of my gwr shares.
That's how much I believe in gwr and its potential.
