The idea is quite plausible and one I thought of as well though I thought of a slightly higher stake of 15 to 20%.

It probably throws away the share holding for share holders in the venture though depending on who the Company is. Maybe MHM shareholders could get an entitlement by way of shares in the actual Company that teams up with them as the trade off?

My way of thinking is that MHM seemed to be doing more than the usual with the pre work on this project so basically whomever partners up with them has the initial hard yards done.
