In my opinion, more positive now, latest trials showed trend towards less brain death, just like they thought they saw in HD trial. I think this is very positive. Also they had cognitive effects (now backed more solidly by the decreased atrophy). I would say they have a drug there, though lets face it, anything can happen.
Still i live in hope :)
