The article leading praises WA and Western Power for varying Feed In Tariffs according to the value of the averted conventional generation for the local network. A world first for WA.

Unfortunately I don't expect the premier to make a big noise about solar PV having significant real value to WA. One thing to do it, another to point out to the outer suburbs that you are doing it. I might be wrong, Collier is a sensible chap.
