To put it simply, this stock has the potential to be capitalized at $160 million if it gets a few things in place. One of them is the ability to churn out gold for a few months at about 2500 ounces per month. The second one is to show that they have plenty of proven reserves. Then it will be rated amongst its peers at this value. After that, and this is where is gets fairly interesting and exciting, if they can keep the shares on issue down to the present, and improve gold production to 2-3 times the initial level, but more importantly translate that to actual sales, then we are talking about an entirely different beast. And the value of the company will be significantly higher. So we have a little way to go yet, and in the mean time, all you traders can make a buck or too selling when you think the stock is overvalued at a certain time, or trading at your specific parameters, but this is going to be an impressive next 12 months.

What bothers me and perhaps someone can shed light on this, how the hell can this company say that they can significantly ramp up production with minimal extra cash or dilutionary impact ? They have stated that the present plant is being built so that a certain amount of upscaling can easily, and more importantly, cheaply be arranged. Does this sound unusual and too optimistic? Is Mr Williams seriously going to do this on the cheap here?

Even if it needed a fair amount of extra bucks, this would not be a bad thing, in fact this would certainly add excitement to the share price as it would translate to an even bigger bottom line.
