I don't know much about this company but I'll tell you that 2012 is a dead year for solar panels.

It's all about consolidation as the bigger players knock out the smaller ones, buying the assets of distressed companies for themselves.

Even so, its about knuckling down and surviving for the medium size enterprises.

There is no upside. The upside is avoiding insolvency.
