TME has popped up on my radar.
Recently have moved from Oz to NZ.
There is a website here called trademe (TME) which appears to run the country.
Wanna buy a house? Trademe, Wanna meet ppl? Trade me! Wanna rent a holiday home?Trademe, Wanna buy a surfboard? Trademe!
Essentially it is ebay meets realestate.com.
They seem to have dominated the online retail market with no competitors on the scene at all!
Anyway they have just announced a 5% dividend and with a booming NZ economy I have bought in today.
Any thoughts?
