i think, unlike many other Chinese companies listed on the ASX, this one has potential. It's got a history of growing profits.
Some investors are worried about the capital structure laws under the Chinese government. At the moment Chinese companies are required to retain 50% of the companies registered capital as a reserve before any dividends are paid. I don't see this as a negative as it is going to ensure the business will be able to support itself before it distributes any of its earnings. It's also proven in the past it can easily reach the required reserve.
I'm buying them up now as there P/E ratio is so cheap.
