The market has indeed pricked the bubble valuations it had given tech stocks since the start of the year - just when D13 relisted.

That being said, you were spot on in your assessment re D13 and I called it wrong.

They will have to demonstrate to the market that their product is going to be a serious player in the space to get back to a market cap that is closer to $50M

5c will provide natural support as it is the critical level for the performance shares vesting, ie. a level where the stock can be protected from any near term dilution.

Still a few sellers around though, you know how it goes selling draws out more sellers, hence the power of trends.

Need some volume to clear them out, I will add when I see that - not going to get caught in a large position because of pride.
