Considering the share price has moved from 2.4 - 2.8 on very thinly traded volumes over the last week or so suggests it wouldn't take much of push to climb back to 3 and then onwards to 3.5 - 4. Currently EPT is flying well under the radar but hopefully the coming months will change that, particularly given the option management incentives due to expire soon.
