mj873 - The company submitted their tender documents to the Victorian Govt on the 14 Feb 2020. The Govt has now announced that they won't be making a decision until sometime in the period 1/07/20 to 31/12/20 - because their Dept is going slow because of C-19. Should the Govt decide to give CYL's board the decision making - I'm sure they would award themselves "Block 4" without any hesitation!
