Where have you guys been? Most "investors" need to be hit over the head with a 4be2 before they take notice - this one was really off the radar!

You know the saying about if its too goo to b true, well in the past hour I've been reading the announcements, looking at maps and reading posts and it really does seem to be true, i.e. not pie in the sky.

CTP has picked up huge parcels of land in areas - just don't understand still how this could have been missed by HC'ers.

I bought some oppies but some obviously have been in for a while and others, like me, have jumped in cold - long termer or not, good luck to everyone.

PS:ppl just learning about CTP for the first time should DTOR and not take anything I say (or others for that matter!) as the last word on CTP.
