    Two points:

    1. Some projects -like Central Australia - become more viable to explore when oil prices are higher as they are now.

    2. Once they start the drilling it's gone beyond the scope of management's capabilities. If the oil is there, they find it, and if it's not there, the best management in the world isn't going to change a thing.
