Yeah you're right. I've just spoken to my wife about your post who runs her own real estate agency as mentioned earlier. She doesn't doubt the amount of listing being advertised by the agencies you have mentioned. However rent.com.au have approached her just have they have the above and offered what they have for free!
Unfortunately, free cannot continue forever and at once the free period is over how many agencies will stay on when they can go back to rea and domain for virtually free.
Basically in her view what rent.com.au need to do is convince all investors that managing it themselves is the way to go. Unfortunately investors and their properties are miles and sometimes States apart, hence the need for a property manager.
So again, no hidden agendas , no down ramping I'm yet again just trying to HELP and cut thro the Bull/s...please check out my other posts on other over priced stocks.
