I can’t see Olam being able to buy LDC shareholding, therefore the only reasonable deal will be LDC. If LDC offered a reasonable deal in the first place a deal could be done by now. 80 cents I feel is fair and reasonable. To rebuild this set of ginning assets in Australia today would cost substantially more than that. We have 2 motivated buyers keen to buy, a third maybe sitting in the wings yet to reveal their hand.
