Haha I fully understand how a reverse takeover works, I was making a joke which has clearly gone over your head. As a shell our directors are looking to circumvent the process of listing a company through the normal process, but we still need to merge or buy "something" I'm just referring to the costs involved...but then again I have no idea of Chinese opportunities and there values
