From my limited experience, every shell I have witnessed that has all of a sudden popped has seen a very aggressive and sharp rise from zero ann's or any communication from the company.
My top list of culprits drilling holes in the boat are; Lawyers, Accountants, Brokers and who can forget the cleaner working late one night and just happens to be walking past the boardroom when the CEO's are poppin bottles! Haha
