Agreed Max5 - my biggest worry is that Malawi suddenly decides to scrap their existing law and replace it with something like the new law recently introduced in Tanzania, where all mining companies effectively have to cede 16% ownership to the Govt. It wouldn't kill this project, as the numbers are so compelling, but it would be a nasty shock. Having said that Malawi is one of the poorest countries in the world and the Govt is very open that mining is a key area for development. The new president also seems to be a big improvement on the last guy.
