Very interesting project this one, got a good chance long term but also plenty of risks. Well over-valued at this stage for mine, management have a great track record and being spruiked with all the ESG bells and whistles, but end of the day it's more about fundamentals than sales pitch. Some factors to consider; clay levels/type, thin high-grades, often overlying thicker low grades, resource after top-cut, twin holes, stat analysis and interpolation between holes likely to be 1.2% Rt at best over meaningful areas, distance to port, high operating costs in Malawi, sovereign risk in Malawi, highly populated and fertile cropping land, community social discontent risk, lower margins likely than Sierra Rutile which are only modest.... all on top the usual funding/dilution/market risks of course.

Not saying there won't be a mine developed or some M&A interest won't be shown, just that $300M isn't cheap and phrases like "disruptive asset" other min sand investors "need to hedge against by holding SVM" is hyperbole reminiscent of a long lunch indeed...
