    In SMH today liquidators of AFG indicated that:

    A "potentially uncommercial" $61 million loan to the still solvent Allco Equity Partners was identified by the administrator.

    What impact do you think this may have on AEP? Liability rests with AFG or AEP if this turns out to be true? Financial implications?

    Any thoughts would be appreciated...
