I just simply cannot believe this would be the deal! IF they do implement this 9 for 2 @ 4 cents new issue, then why the general public should be investing in AXM? How can the general public be sure that they won't do it again to the NEW shareholders at say 100 for 1 @ 0.1 cent when the share traded at 4 cents? Why should anybody trust management anymore if they are going to give a 60% discount to 4 cents when the shares actually trade at 10 cents?

This would be the biggest rip off for small shareholders. It will be a wealth transfer at the expense of small shareholders by giving the people who have money to get control of this company!

Well, I would much rather for them to give a 99% discount this time at say 1500 for 1 @ 0.1 cent. Why? I wouldn't even have to think about whether I should sell or not. My AXM shares will be worth nothing. Isn't this the best way to transfer my wealth to other people who have the money to buy them?

I would not even look back if they did implement a deal liked this. I will simply walk away with my loss!
