It would appear from Potters comments in the West Australian today that the main game in Uganda is still under the lake. This is consistent with what he said at the AGM about proving up the area before tackling the more difficult but potentially more rewarding Lake Albert.
From the West:
"In particular, the two finds proved that significant hydrocarbon traps were present and intact along the edge of Africa's Great Rift Valley, significantly reducing the risk of Hardman's more prospective targets deeper within the Valley.
Mr Potter said the prospectivity improved further inside Lake Albert.
Though drilling of the next well may not occur for three months because of logistical difficulties in securing an appropriate rig, Hardman is already planning a future appraisal and commercialisation program."
